Who We Are

The Sacandaga Senior Apartments are located at 302 S. First St., Northville, NY 12134. The project is the new construction of a single building containing 8 one-bedroom units of approximately 725 square feet per unit for occupancy by low income (<80% of AMI), and very low income (<50% of AMI), senior citizens aged 62 years and older. The project is a single story building with individual outside entrances, enhanced energy conservation features, a small laundry room, in unit storage, accessible showers and a fire suppression (sprinkler) system. The project is owned entirely by the Fulton County Community Heritage Corporation (FCCHC). The project was funded with $1,284,920 in federal HOME Program Funds through the NYS Small Rental Development Initiative.
